Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Guide clients through market activities and assist them in trading and investment choices.

• Handle intricate securities transactions.

• Educate clients to empower them in making informed financial choices.

• Provide personalized support through incoming client communications.

• Establish trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Identify chances to connect clients with additional products and services.

• Offer trading support, education, and mentorship via Fidelity’s Client Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is required.

• Series 63 license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements.

• Comprehension of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy guidelines while providing precise and compliant client assistance.

• Ability to guide clients through trading and investment decisions with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative approach in identifying client needs and recommending suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, including the ability to convey complex investment and trading concepts clearly.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of the approved branch locations: Edina, Madison, Minnetonka, or Oakdale at the time of application.
