Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Navigate clients through market activities.

• Execute complex securities transactions.

• Offer educational resources to empower clients in making informed financial choices.

• Provide tailored support through incoming client communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius at the time of application from an approved branch location: Ann Arbor, Farmington, Grand Blanc, Grand Rapids, Novi, or Troy.

• Series 7 license is required.

• Series 63 license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a similar field.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements.

• Understanding of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy standards while providing precise and compliant client support.

• Proficiency in guiding clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and assurance.

• Consultative methodology for identifying client needs and suggesting relevant offerings, support, and solutions.

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities, including the skill to elucidate intricate investment and trading concepts in an accessible manner.

• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to accuracy when processing transactions and addressing client requests.

• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Must meet applicable legal and regulatory criteria regarding criminal histories.
