This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries

• Navigate clients through market activities

• Execute intricate securities transactions

• Offer educational resources to empower clients in making informed financial choices

• Provide tailored support through incoming client communications

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty

• Recognize opportunities to link clients with additional products and solutions

• Deliver trading assistance, education, and mentorship to help investors maneuver through the markets

• Utilize knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations during client discussions

• Series 7 license is mandatory

• Series 63 license or willingness to obtain within 90 days

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a similar field

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry updates

• Comprehension of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while providing precise and compliant client support

• Proficiency in guiding clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and assurance

• Consultative mindset to uncover client needs and suggest suitable offerings, support, and solutions

• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities

• Skill in articulating complex investment and trading concepts in a clear and relatable manner

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy

• Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform successfully in a dynamic, team-oriented setting

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius from approved branch locations at the time of application
