Trading Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries.

• Guide clients through various market activities.

• Handle intricate securities transactions.

• Provide education to empower clients in making informed financial choices.

• Offer tailored support via inbound client interactions.

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty.

• Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional products and solutions.

• Clarify complex financial-market, trading, and investment concepts during client discussions.

• Deliver trading support, education, and mentorship as part of Fidelity’s Client Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the ability to acquire it within 90 days.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related domain.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry developments.

• Understanding of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals.

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while providing accurate and compliant client support.

• Ability to guide clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and confidence.

• Consultative approach to identifying client needs and recommending suitable offerings, support, and solutions.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to explain complex investment and trading concepts clearly.

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy when processing transactions and addressing client requests.

• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of an approved branch site at the time of application.
