This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries

• Navigate clients through market activities

• Execute complex securities transactions

• Educate clients to empower them in making informed financial choices

• Offer tailored support through incoming client communications

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with additional products and services

• Clarify intricate financial-market concepts during important client discussions

• Provide trading assistance, education, and mentorship as part of Fidelity's Client Services team

• Series 7 license is mandatory

• Series 63 license or the ability to secure it within 90 days

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related sector

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements

• Comprehension of securities transactions, including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals

• Capability to implement regulatory and policy standards while providing accurate and compliant client support

• Proficiency in guiding clients through trading and investment decisions with integrity and assurance

• Consultative mindset to identify client needs and suggest relevant offerings, support, and solutions

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities, including the skill to convey complex investment and trading concepts clearly

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy

• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of approved branch locations at the time of application
