Tradeshow Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Formulate strategies for participation in global and flagship events that align with business objectives, customer engagement goals, and brand strategy.

• Lead the negotiation of exhibit spaces, sponsorship agreements, and event contracts.

• Independently oversee a portfolio of tradeshows while providing consultative support for additional regional events.

• Coordinate planning efforts with Commercial, Product, Marketing, Digital, Communications, and external partners.

• Manage registration, housing, meeting spaces, shipping, show services, booth assets, hospitality, lead retrieval systems, and onsite execution.

• Oversee event budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.

• Direct the activities of external agencies, vendors, and logistics partners.

• Handle post-event reporting, ROI analysis, lead metrics, executive summaries, attendee feedback, and strategic recommendations.

• Create and maintain project documentation, Teams channels, timelines, workstreams, and best-practice standards.

• Establish partnerships with organizers, sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on a global scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in trade shows, events, marketing, communications, or related agency environments.

• Proven success in leading end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, third-party tradeshows.

• Strong skills in contract negotiation, budget management, reporting, and project management.

• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience within matrixed organizations.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, C4C, Cvent, and event measurement platforms such as iCapture.

• Preferred experience in the healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or bioprocess industries.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
