This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Meet and exceed top-line sales goals aligned with division and local market objectives.

• Promote DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTERCABLE brands to end-user clients.

• Develop, nurture, and sustain essential relationships with end-user partners through tailored product and service solutions.

• Oversee CORE and other SBD user contracts and associated programs.

• Educate and guide the local market team on processes for end-user development.

• Identify key contacts and purchasing workflows within trade associations, safety personnel, engineers, quality managers, general managers, line supervisors, chief mechanics, and procurement staff.

• Coordinate efforts with local market teams, product managers, distributors, and service centers.

• Collaborate with Channel Marketing to execute and manage marketing strategies.

• Utilize Salesforce.com effectively as a CRM and planning resource.

• Promptly report successes and challenges to refine processes and enhance future outcomes with key accounts and prospects.

• Operate as a field-based representative within the designated Alabama/Florida Panhandle territory.

• Travel up to 50% within the allocated territory.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant experience in the construction industry may substitute for formal education.

• A minimum of 3 years in Sales or Marketing related to Construction Supplies, demonstrating a successful track record and experience engaging with high-level executives, C-Suite professionals, and jobsite directors is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Capacity to combine empathy with determination to achieve exceptional results.

• Possession of a valid Driver's License.

• Physical capability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
