Trade Marketing Specialist I – Indirect Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee the trade marketing strategy across all retail sectors in the Southern region and Minas Gerais.

• Ensure exceptional execution, nurture client relationships, and conduct performance evaluations.

• Plan and carry out trade activities within grocery, pharmacy, perfumery, and department store channels.

• Manage the budget and assess return on investment (ROI).

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce strategic insights.

• Maintain strong relationships with retail clients and partners.

• Ensure effective point-of-sale execution, including visibility and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with the Commercial (Sales), Marketing, and Supply teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• This is a temporary position with a contract lasting 6 months.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.

• Substantial experience in trade marketing with a focus on retail, ideally in the hygiene and beauty sector.

• An analytical mindset, strategic perspective, and strong understanding of performance metrics.

• Proficient in Excel and experienced with analytical tools.

• Willingness to travel.

• Previous experience with the indirect network (distributors) for pharmacy, grocery, and/or perfumery channels.

• Results-driven.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Organized, proactive, and innovative.

• Capable of delivering results promptly while maintaining organized processes.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.

• Must reside in the São Paulo metropolitan area or nearby (interior).
