This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products, services, and solutions within the Fashion, Home + Interiors sectors.
• Take ownership of integrated marketing plans that support Pantone's core portfolio while enhancing awareness, adoption, and growth of new offerings.
• Create customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaigns targeted at both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Introduce Pantone Color Institute trend insights, publications, educational content, and consulting services to the market.
• Convert customer requirements, market trends, cultural changes, competitive actions, and industry workflows into actionable marketing strategies and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Creative, Sales, e-commerce, Product, and regional teams on integrated campaigns, customer communications, sales enablement, and market-specific initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance engagement with key customer segments, industry communities, and partners.
• Collaborate with the Global Director of Marketing on strategic partnerships and significant brand initiatives.
• Represent Pantone at industry events, customer meetings, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Establish and track marketing and portfolio KPIs, utilizing insights to enhance effectiveness and business impact.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, fashion merchandising, design, interior design, textile design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience in fashion, textiles, or related design industries.
• Proven experience in developing integrated marketing strategies, go-to-market programs, and demand-generation campaigns.
• Experience working collaboratively with Product Management, Sales, Creative, e-commerce, regional teams, or external partners.
• Proficient in using digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, email, analytics, social media, or performance-measurement platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of the fashion, home furnishings, interiors, textile, materials, design, or product-development ecosystem.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in creative review and feedback processes.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• A keen interest in emerging trends, technologies, digital workflows, AI-enabled design and product-development tools, and evolving customer needs.
• Existing industry relationships, familiarity with Pantone products, experience in SaaS/digital workflow/PLM/design technology/consulting/data marketing, and knowledge of color management or trend forecasting are considered advantageous but not essential.
