This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
⢠Assist in achieving trade ally participation, engagement, and recruitment objectives through outreach, relationship building, and account management.
⢠Implement outreach initiatives targeting manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and other market stakeholders.
⢠Develop and sustain relationships with trade allies, contractors, distributors, manufacturers, and market participants.
⢠Manage regular communication and follow-up with trade allies and internal contacts.
⢠Investigate and document responses to trade ally inquiries, directing questions to program personnel as needed.
⢠Aid in outreach campaigns, engagement initiatives, and trade ally participation programs.
⢠Support local meetings, training sessions, events, and activities aimed at building relationships.
⢠Investigate issues related to participation, documentation inconsistencies, and submission inquiries; escalate non-standard problems as necessary.
⢠Verify program documentation, participation records, and submissions for completeness and precision.
⢠Adhere to established procedures to resolve routine participation and process-related challenges.
⢠Update CRM systems, outreach logs, dashboards, and participation tracking tools.
⢠Compile and report basic participation metrics, outreach efforts, and trade ally engagement details.
⢠Record stakeholder interactions, participation updates, and program feedback.
⢠Must reside in the Spokane, WA area.
⢠High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
⢠At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, program support, outreach, sales support, administrative operations, or a related field.
⢠Experience working with external stakeholders, customers, contractors, vendors, or trade partners.
⢠Proficiency in maintaining records, tracking activities, and adhering to established processes and protocols.
⢠Capability to execute assigned outreach and engagement activities following established guidelines.
⢠Knowledge of customer service, relationship management, or stakeholder support principles.
⢠Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, spreadsheets, or other business tools for record-keeping and documentation.
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying close attention to detail.
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and related productivity software.
⢠Ability to work independently on assigned projects while seeking guidance when necessary.
⢠Willingness to travel regionally/locally (10-40% depending on program, team) and occasional travel (under 5%) for conferences and to the west coast.
⢠Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
⢠Must undergo a mandatory background check and drug screening.
⢠Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
⢠Certifications such as Certified Energy Services Professional (CESP ā AESP), CRM Platform Certification, or Utility or Program-Sponsored Trade Ally are preferred.
⢠Experience in supporting energy efficiency, sustainability, utility, or incentive-based programs is preferred.
⢠Background in outreach, customer service, participant engagement, or account support activities is preferred.
⢠Knowledge of the HVAC, building envelope, and/or water heater industries is preferred.
⢠Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
⢠Understanding of trade ally, contractor, distributor, or market-partner engagement practices is preferred.
