Track and Trace Operator, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage daily with drivers and clients

• Inform relevant parties of any issues

• Enter updates into the system

• Respond to incoming calls from clients

• Coordinate appointment scheduling

• Stay updated on market trends within the transportation industry

• Carry out other responsibilities as dictated by business needs or assigned tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in customer support

• Familiarity with TMS McLeod

• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or above

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and adept with office equipment

• In-depth understanding of team members' roles and responsibilities

• Capable of effective verbal and written communication, fostering cooperative working relationships, and contributing to a supportive team environment

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to achieve departmental objectives and deadlines

• Must demonstrate punctuality and maintain excellent attendance
