Trabajo Remoto – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Manage and/or receive specific calls from Claro RUC 10 clients (Businesses)

• Provide customer service for Claro Corporate Mobile, no sales involved

• Participate in paid training sessions

• Assist customers during the assigned time slots

• Work with rotating breaks

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old (essential requirement)

• Completed secondary education (mandatory)

• A minimum of 3 months of experience in customer service (formal or informal)

• Must have own work tools

• PC or Laptop with at least 8GB of RAM

• Operating system Windows 11 PRO

• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)

• Functional headset with microphone

• Webcam
