This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries regarding the current balance, the validity of top-ups, and service coverage.

• Accurately categorize and input call agreements and customer information into Claro's internal applications.

• Clearly articulate the advantages of having a fixed monthly bill compared to the unpredictable costs of continuous top-ups.

• Engage in remote training sessions from Monday to Saturday, between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old (mandatory requirement).

• Completed secondary education.

• Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.

• A PC or laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM (verifiable).

• Operating system: Windows 11 PRO (verifiable).

• Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).

• Functional headset with a microphone (verifiable).

• Webcam (verifiable).
