TPO Partner Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Connect operations with sales to enhance collaboration

• Foster and maintain relationships with external partners

• Supervise the entire loan lifecycle

• Address inquiries from external partners and facilitate responses from TPO departments

• Monitor and manage the daily pipeline status to ensure file progress

• Keep timely and precise information regarding TPO web presence

• Offer phone and video support for inquiries and system-related issues

• Adhere to critical deadlines as requested

• Cultivate relationships with external partners to enrich customer experience

• Assess milestones and daily service levels for ongoing operations

• Support training initiatives on loan-level concerns and system usage

• Analyze customer needs and customize responses to external partner inquiries

• Hold regular meetings with Account Executives to strategize and set weekly objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent credential

• A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Proven experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

• Experience in direct interactions with consumers and/or business partners

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to multitask

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States, confirmed through E-Verify
