This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take ownership of recruitment for a range of specialist referral vacancies.
β’ Serve as a trusted Talent Partner to senior clinical and commercial executives.
β’ Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of clinical fields and talent markets.
β’ Design recruitment strategies and provide insights on market conditions, talent availability, compensation, attraction, relocation, and international recruitment.
β’ Spearhead headhunting and search initiatives utilizing market mapping, professional networks, and targeted sourcing techniques.
β’ Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with specialized clinicians, fostering sustainable talent pipelines.
β’ Collaborate with senior clinical and hospital executives, leveraging market intelligence to shape recruitment strategies and set hiring expectations.
β’ Oversee recruitment processes from initial contact through to appointment, which includes assessment, candidate management, offer negotiation, relocation, and visa sponsorship when necessary.
β’ Represent inspiring veterinary care at veterinary congresses, professional events, and networking gatherings throughout the UK and Europe.
β’ Utilize recruitment data, talent intelligence, and pipeline analysis to enhance strategies and bolster direct hiring capabilities.
β’ Extensive experience in recruiting within specialist or talent-scarce markets.
β’ Proven success in headhunting and/or executive search.
β’ Proficiency in headhunting, executive search, talent mapping, and proactive direct sourcing in niche, specialist, or challenging markets.
β’ Capability to identify and engage passive talent, fostering long-term relationships through extended recruitment cycles.
β’ Strong consulting abilities and credibility to influence and constructively challenge senior leaders.
β’ Skills in candidate management, assessment, negotiation, and closing.
β’ Solid commercial judgment and the ability to interpret market intelligence and recruitment data.
β’ Exceptional research, communication, and relationship-building skills.
β’ Proactive, resilient, and highly collaborative mindset.
β’ Previous experience in veterinary recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
β’ Experience in veterinary recruitment, healthcare, or other specialized professional markets is beneficial.
β’ Familiarity with international recruitment, relocation, and visa sponsorship is desirable.
