πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with Clients

β€’ Act as a trusted advisor by comprehending Client objectives, challenges, and service requirements

β€’ Conduct regular check-ins, service assessments, and follow-up communications

β€’ Identify prospects for service improvements, renewals, and account expansion

β€’ Function as the primary point of contact for 10–20 dedicated accounts

β€’ Address Client and applicant inquiries through phone, email, or chat

β€’ Efficiently resolve issues and manage support cases to resolution

β€’ Provide Clients with regular updates

β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to organizational success

β€’ Maintain precise CRM records of Client interactions, account details, and service activities

β€’ Monitor and report on Client engagement, service metrics, and satisfaction levels

β€’ Assist with new Client onboarding, including setup, training, and documentation

β€’ Enhance Client communication materials and service guides

β€’ Process incoming orders and update status notes accordingly

β€’ Communicate with Clients when additional information is necessary

β€’ Offer guidance to colleagues and develop subject-matter expertise

β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of a high school diploma

β€’ Two years of pertinent experience in a Client service/account management role

β€’ Outstanding customer service skills with internal team members, Clients, and vendors

β€’ Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities

β€’ Advanced organizational and time management capabilities

β€’ Proficient in software usage and adaptable to new technologies

β€’ Capacity to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-oriented setting

β€’ Quick to grasp procedures

β€’ Uphold the highest level of professionalism

β€’ Strong attention to detail and prompt follow-up

β€’ Eagerness to grow within the company and take on additional projects as necessary

β€’ Must reside in Kansas or Missouri
