This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and facilitate recruitment for key technical positions in the UK, especially in areas such as AI/Machine Learning, Infrastructure & Compute, Software Engineering, Product Management, Leadership, and other strategic roles.

• Collaborate closely with founders and senior executives to identify hiring requirements rather than merely executing open-position lists.

• Foster robust relationships within the UK AI and technology community.

• Establish long-term connections with engineers, founders, operators, and technical leaders.

• Participate in and help identify relevant meetups, conferences, and industry events.

• Cultivate relationships with individuals who may not be actively seeking their next opportunity.

• Discover innovative methods to connect with exceptional talent.

• Comprehend the company’s technical operations and engage in credible discussions with highly technical candidates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, executive search, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in recruiting technical profiles within the UK.

• Solid understanding of the UK technology landscape.

• Experience in recruiting within AI, Machine Learning, infrastructure, cloud services, developer tools, or other highly technical environments.

• Capability to engage credibly with senior engineers, technical leaders, and founders.

• A well-established network or clear evidence of your ability to build one.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where roles and priorities shift rapidly.

• Ability to operate independently and make decisions without waiting for several layers of approval.

• Willingness to occasionally assist with broader People topics beyond recruitment.

• Strong ownership mentality: when you identify something that needs to be done, you take action to make it happen.

• Existing connections within the AI/ML ecosystem (preferred).

• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup (preferred).

• Familiarity with UK People Operations, employment, or benefits topics (preferred).

• Background in recruiting within the Machine Learning/AI sector (preferred).
