This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Agile Targeting delivery plan, ensuring alignment with customer commitments and business unit priorities.
• Lead the planning for sprints and releases, managing trade-offs among scope, schedule, and quality.
• Manage backlog prioritization and grooming, converting operator and field feedback into well-defined engineering tasks.
• Monitor cross-team dependencies across engine, client, cloud, and QA teams, escalating risks promptly.
• Maintain the status of campaign risks, readiness, and delivery, communicating any changes to business unit leadership.
• Establish clear definitions of completion and promote release quality, regression discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Track campaign KPIs and post-release results to guide future planning and prioritization.
• Assist in discovery sessions with public safety, DoW, SOCOM, and coalition targeting operators, translating their needs into actionable product requirements.
• Support customer demonstrations, proposals, capture efforts, and executive briefings related to targeting-cycle capabilities.
• Ensure rapid incorporation of customer and field feedback into product and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on architecture, sensor and data integrations, and technical debt trade-offs for targeting workflows.
• Engage in technical design reviews and make informed product and delivery trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities for reusing capabilities across Agile Targeting and other Geospatial campaigns.
• Keep business unit leadership updated on execution readiness, delivery risks, dependencies, and roadmap trade-offs.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Program teams to align campaign execution with business priorities.
• Ensure that targeting-cycle capabilities comply with relevant security, regulatory, and government contracting requirements.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in technical program management, product management, or a similar role.
• More than 7 years of people management experience.
• Proven experience in owning software delivery across various engineering functions, including front end, back end, cloud, and QA.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint and release planning, and tracking risks and readiness.
• Technical fluency with the ability to effectively engage in engineering design discussions and technical trade-offs.
• Capability to translate customer, operator, and business needs into clear engineering requirements and execution plans.
• Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to make trade-offs based on incomplete or fluctuating information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical teams, customers, business development, program management, and leadership.
• Experience with GIS, geospatial technology, ISR/FMV, defense, or tactical software.
• Familiarity with targeting-cycle doctrine and execution.
• Experience working directly with DoW, SOCOM, coalition, or public safety operators.
• Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with FMV/ISR data, camera-based detection systems, cUAS planning, TAK, Cesium, ArcGIS, GDAL, GeoJSON, or C2 systems.
• Preferred: Proficiency in C#, C++, or Python.
• Preferred: Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.
