Senior Technical Product Owner – Energy

📋 Description

• Implement the technical strategy within the Energy sector

• Connect business needs with platform execution

• Oversee the delivery of significant technical initiatives

• Convert market requirements into prioritized backlogs

• Align demo assets with industry use cases

• Guarantee that demo environments are robust, secure, and constructed on the latest Salesforce architecture

• Synchronize demo initiatives with product and industry roadmaps

• Foster relationships across Product, Solutions, and Demo Technology

• Recognize, communicate, and escalate risks or conflicts

• Prioritize and uphold transparent, well-maintained backlogs

• Establish clear acceptance criteria

• Reassess priorities as needs evolve and utilize ceremonies to realign teams

• Recommend process enhancements and monitor outcomes

• Convert technical specifics into business value

• Conduct structured discussions to gather and document requirements

• Facilitate discussions to address competing priorities

• Leverage Salesforce capabilities in Energy industry scenarios

• Maintain demo environments and resolve common issues

• Align demo assets with industry and customer challenges and document solution coverage

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of relevant professional experience

• Strong expertise in Product Ownership, Solution Engineering, or Product Management

• In-depth understanding of the Energy industry

• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory

• Agentforce Specialist or Data Cloud certification is required; can be acquired during onboarding

• Advanced Administrator certification

• Proven experience managing backlogs and executing sprints as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum setting

• CSM or PSM certification

• Proficiency with GitHub, Pull Requests, and version control workflows

• Basic coding knowledge, such as LWC, Apex, or JSON

• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives or serving as a Solution Engineer, Technical Business Analyst, or in pre-sales

• Familiarity with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud

• CSPO or CSM certification is preferred
