This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take charge of the comprehensive technical execution of Data Intelligence and intricate integration projects.
• Evaluate global third-party vendors, analyze REST API documentation, test endpoints using Postman, and organize data structures.
• Convert business objectives from Product Managers into technical specifications and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Define, prioritize, and articulate detailed technical tasks for a dedicated team of 5–8 developers and infrastructure engineers.
• Coordinate implementation timelines and roadmap priorities in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Guarantee successful delivery across technical assessments, specifications, and engineering transitions.
• Develop and sustain both internal and external technical documentation.
• Conduct functional and integration acceptance testing on new vendor connections.
• Maintain operational and UI/UX consistency across Data Intelligence products.
• Utilize stakeholder feedback and monitoring metrics to pinpoint and design product enhancements.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, clients, and operations teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration challenges across international markets.
• Strong grasp of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, webhooks, authentication methods, and API integration patterns.
• Capability to independently analyze third-party API documentation, pinpoint limitations and edge cases, and design integration workflows.
• Proficiency with API testing and debugging tools, such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work with logs and monitoring/analytics tools like Kibana and Superset or comparable systems.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data exploration and validation.
• Comprehension of synchronous and asynchronous architectures, error handling, retries, timeouts, callbacks/webhooks, and integration reliability concepts.
• Skill in translating product requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, including field/response/error mappings, validation rules, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to convert business and customer needs into technical product solutions, considering platform capabilities and architectural constraints.
• Competence in identifying product gaps and opportunities for enhancement based on stakeholder feedback, production data, support cases, and recurring integration issues.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from discovery and solution design to engineering implementation, quality assurance, release, and post-release monitoring.
• Ability to assess trade-offs between customer demands, implementation complexity, scalability, consistency, and long-term product maintainability.
