This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Assist with AT&T Technology and structural initiatives, including new constructions, site modifications, and rooftop installations.
• Operate at heights ranging from 90’ to over 500’ utilizing effective weatherproofing, grounding, and rigging methods.
• Install, repair, modify, optimize, and execute acceptance test protocols for wireless infrastructure and electrical systems.
• Install various types of connectors.
• Provide training to fellow Tower Technicians.
• Occasionally act as Interim Foreman.
• Conduct maintenance or upgrades on off-season equipment.
• Carry out performance evaluations and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with a team and respond promptly to service requests.
• Lead the team by ensuring punctuality and establishing the work pace.
• Adjust responsibilities as business and client requirements change.
• Demonstrated skills in construction (civil and RF).
• Knowledge of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management.
• Experience with AT&T Network projects, T-Mobile CX, Verizon CX, Dish Network CX, troubleshooting, maintenance, and new site developments.
• Climbing Safety & Rescue Certification; assistance may be available for renewals.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings (CD’s) and plumbing diagrams (RFDS).
• Familiarity with basic hardware, software, and air interface malfunctions using various testing equipment.
• Capability to manage all aspects at the top of the tower with minimal oversight.
• Working knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF testing equipment, Fiber, and PIM tools.
• Ability to adhere to OSHA standards.
• Compliance with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record if operating a company vehicle.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to travel for several days with per diem based on project needs.
• Proficient in inspecting and/or troubleshooting equipment/alarms both visually and audibly.
• Capability to climb structures or operate lifts for extended periods.
• Ability to lift heavy items and reach overhead.
