This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
β’ Assist with AT&T's technology and structural initiatives, including new construction, site alterations, and rooftop setups.
β’ Operate at heights ranging from 90 feet to over 500 feet.
β’ Execute weatherproofing, grounding, and rigging tasks.
β’ Install, repair, modify, optimize, and carry out acceptance testing of wireless infrastructure and electrical systems.
β’ Implement all types of connectors.
β’ Train fellow Tower Technicians.
β’ Occasionally take on the role of Interim Foreman.
β’ Conduct maintenance and upgrades on equipment that is out of season.
β’ Perform routine performance checks and maintenance.
β’ Collaborate with a crew and respond to service calls in a timely manner.
β’ Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and setting the pace for the team.
β’ Carry out tasks that may adapt based on business and client demands.
β’ Demonstrated skills in construction (civil and RF).
β’ Knowledge of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management.
β’ Experience with projects from AT&T Network, T-Mobile CX, Verizon CX, Dish Network CX, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and new site development.
β’ Climbing Safety & Rescue Certification; assistance may be available for renewals.
β’ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (CDs) and plumbing diagrams (RFDS).
β’ Familiarity with basic hardware, software, and air interface issues using various test equipment across multiple products and technologies.
β’ Competence in managing all aspects of the top of the tower with minimal supervision.
β’ Proficient in using cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, Fiber, and PIM equipment.
β’ Ability to adhere to OSHA Standards.
β’ Compliance with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA Regulations.
β’ Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record if operating a company vehicle.
β’ Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
β’ Willingness to travel for several days, with per diem based on the project.
β’ Ability to visually and audibly inspect and/or troubleshoot equipment and alarms.
β’ Capacity to climb structures or operate lifts for extended durations.
β’ Capability to lift heavy items and reach above head height.
β’ Adaptability, flexibility, and readiness to work amidst shifting priorities.
