This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Assist with AT&T technology and structural projects, which encompass new constructions, site modifications, and rooftop installations.
β’ Operate at heights ranging from 90β to over 500β while employing effective weatherproofing, grounding, and rigging techniques.
β’ Engage in the installation, repair, modification, optimization, and acceptance testing of wireless infrastructure and electrical systems.
β’ Install various types of connectors.
β’ Provide training to fellow Tower Technicians.
β’ Occasionally act as Interim Foreman.
β’ Conduct maintenance or upgrades on equipment that is out of season.
β’ Execute performance evaluations and routine maintenance.
β’ Collaborate with a team and promptly respond to service requests.
β’ Function as Team Lead by setting the work pace and upholding high standards.
β’ Proficient Top Hand with expertise in construction and project management.
β’ Familiarity with color coding, fiber, and sweeping techniques.
β’ Established construction skills in civil and RF domains.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management.
β’ Experience with AT&T Network projects, T-Mobile CX, Verizon CX, Dish Network CX, troubleshooting, maintenance, and new site constructions.
β’ Possession of Climbing Safety & Rescue Certification (renewal assistance may be available).
β’ Capability to read and interpret construction drawings (CDβs) and Plumbing diagrams (RFDS).
β’ Knowledge of basic hardware, software, and air interface malfunctions using various testing equipment across diverse products and technologies.
β’ Competence in managing all aspects at the top of the tower with minimal supervision.
β’ Familiarity with cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, Fiber, and PIM equipment.
β’ Ability to adhere to OSHA Standards.
β’ Compliance with FCC, FAA, EPA, and OSHA Regulations.
β’ Valid driverβs license with an acceptable driving record for those operating a company vehicle.
β’ Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
β’ Willingness to travel for extended periods with per diem based on the project.
β’ Proficiency in inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and alarms both visually and audibly.
β’ Ability to climb structures or operate lifts for extended durations.
β’ Capacity to lift heavy objects and reach overhead.
