Tow Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training programs in classroom, virtual, and field settings for ICS personnel regarding ERS policies, procedures, regulations, and service standards.

• Provide practical instruction on towing operations, battery services, lockout techniques, dispatch systems, and best practices for roadside assistance.

• Conduct presentations, workshops, and coaching sessions aimed at enhancing employee development and operational excellence.

• Travel overnight as scheduled to support training initiatives in designated territories.

• Offer technical guidance and assistance in reviewing and resolving member complaint cases.

• Collaborate with ERS leadership and operational teams to identify training requirements, performance deficiencies, and coaching prospects.

• Assess training effectiveness and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.

• Keep precise training records and compile daily activity logs, weekly summaries, and monthly reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience is required.

• At least three (3) years of experience in training, coaching, or instruction within the automotive service, towing, roadside assistance, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to effectively present information to varied audiences.

• Proven ability to build relationships, influence others, and provide engaging training experiences.

• Proficient in facilitating both in-person and virtual learning environments.

• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.

• Familiarity with roadside assistance, towing operations, automotive service procedures, and service provider management.

• Experience with dispatch technology and roadside service applications.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel independently.

• Willingness to travel overnight as scheduled.
