This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.
β’ Oversee operational logistics for teams participating in tournaments, which includes Team Participation Agreements, prize money, and travel arrangements.
β’ Collaborate with participating teams, Tournament Services, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
β’ Organize team travel plans, encompassing flights, accommodations, visas, and other event-related logistics.
β’ Recognize logistical risks and facilitate their resolution.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for participating teams during tournaments.
β’ Deliver timely operational support and ensure effective communication between teams and GRID stakeholders.
β’ Manage the distribution of prize money, Team Participation Agreements, and travel-related requirements following tournaments.
β’ Keep accurate logistics records and maintain visibility of outstanding actions and key operational information.
β’ Assist in post-event evaluations to identify enhancements for team logistics and the overall team experience.
β’ Ensure that payment cycles and agreements are precise and punctual.
β’ Address or appropriately escalate logistical challenges.
β’ Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
β’ Confident in managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.
β’ Strong communication abilities.
β’ Capability to arrange team travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and other event-related logistics.
β’ Proficient in identifying logistical risks and coordinating their solutions.
β’ Ability to manage Team Participation Agreements, prize money, and travel necessities.
β’ Competent in maintaining precise logistics records and providing visibility of outstanding actions.
β’ Experience in handling B2B contracts.
β’ Willingness to work in the LATAM timezone.
β’ Previous experience with esports teams, players, or tournament participants is a plus.
β’ Background in esports tournament logistics, team services, event operations, or travel coordination is advantageous.
β’ Experience with managing participation agreements, contracts, invoices, prize money, or other event-related financial processes is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with coordinating international team travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation, or hospitality is beneficial.
β’ Experience in managing travel budgets, event expenditures, or supplier costs is desirable.
β’ Additional language skills relevant to GRID's tournament regions are considered a plus.
