Tour Leader – UK & Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide captivating narrative-driven introductions, orientation walks, and insights into destinations.

• Oversee on-tour logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and schedules.

• Collaborate with suppliers to organize and verify bookings.

• Offer personal, social, and operational support to guests.

• Demonstrate energy under pressure and address issues with composure and creativity.

• Foster group morale, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and informed.

• Manage daily accounting tasks.

• Assist guests with logistics and crisis situations.

• Research and disseminate information about local attractions, customs, transportation, and cultural insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Previous experience as a Tour Leader is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Confident in leadership and team management.

• Solid foundation in accounting and money management.

• Strong research skills applicable to destinations and itineraries.

• High proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive approach with a solutions-before-problems mindset.

• Genuine interest in European travel, culture, and storytelling.

• Based in Europe.
