Tour Leader – CEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate transportation and suppliers

• Communicate the culture, history, and subtleties of destinations

• Assist community partners

• Enable travellers to feel a genuine sense of belonging

• Safely operate long-distance drives and navigate Canadian road trips accommodating up to 15 passengers

• Camp in National Parks

• Manage real-time road challenges

• Act as the representative of G Adventures in the field

• Oversee daily logistics and reservations

• Advocate for Planeterra and G for Good initiatives

• Assist with optional activities, meals, and traveller requirements

• Address incidents with composure and professionalism

• Maintain budgets, receipts, and daily accounts

• Provide post-trip reports and updates

• Occasionally assist in the training of new CEOs

⛳️ Requirements

• Legally authorized to lead tours and drive within the United States of America

• Valid First Aid/CPR certification

• Basic understanding of budgeting and accounting

• Valid passport/visa and necessary vaccinations

• Proficient in Google Suite and mobile applications

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or extensive travel

• Strong proficiency in the English language

• Willingness to undergo a background check if necessary

• Valid Category C Driver’s License

• Clean driving record and knowledge of vehicle maintenance

• Comfortable with long-distance driving
