Tour Leader – CEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee group dynamics effectively.

• Organize transportation and liaise with suppliers.

• Convey the culture, history, and subtleties of different destinations.

• Assist community partners in various initiatives.

• Ensure travellers experience a sense of belonging.

• Act as the representative of G Adventures in the field.

• Manage daily logistics and reservations efficiently.

• Advocate for Planeterra and G for Good initiatives.

• Assist with optional activities, meals, and traveller requirements.

• Address incidents with calmness and professionalism.

• Keep track of budgets, receipts, and daily accounts.

• Provide reports and updates after trips.

• Occasionally aid in the training of new Chief Experience Officers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to lead tours in the United Kingdom.

• Current First Aid/CPR certification.

• Basic knowledge of budgeting and accounting.

• Possession of a valid passport/visa and necessary vaccinations.

• Proficiency with Google Suite and mobile applications.

• Background in tourism, hospitality, or significant travel experience.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Willingness to undergo a background check, if necessary.

• Valid UK or Irish passport required.

• Legal authorization to live and work in both the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland without visa sponsorship.
