This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers to create engaging tour merchandise collections that enhance sales and profits while preserving creative integrity, cohesive branding, and product quality.
• Prepare financial projections for Clients and Artist Relations to assist with financial planning and onboarding new artists.
• Recruit and oversee the daily operations of road managers, staff, and vendors, including transportation, trailers, and third-party vendor teams.
• Coordinate with artist managers to discuss product feasibility, assess storage requirements, and resolve on-the-road issues.
• Anticipate on-site sales by analyzing ticket counts and historical data to order and restock inventory throughout the tour cycle.
• Ensure data accuracy within AtVenu and Manhead internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Tour Logistics Coordinator to direct product shipments to venues and storage facilities.
• Partner with Manhead’s accounting team to guarantee accurate, prompt, and comprehensive venue collections, client settlements, and third-party payments.
• Assist in identifying and managing international touring partners.
• Work alongside the tour warehouse manager to reconcile final inventory and liquidate surplus stock across all sales channels.
• Occasionally travel to concerts, festivals, pop-up shops, and award shows to ensure visual merchandising, logistics, and quality standards are maintained.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in tour and event merchandising for both independent and major label recording artists.
• Excellent project management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting challenging deadlines.
• Skilled in inventory and project management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Atvenu, MerchIQ, ShipHero, Monday, Excel, QuickBase, and Tallie is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various music merchandising sectors, including E-commerce, Retail/Licensing, and VIP Ticketing.
• Existing connections with local sellers, vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics companies are preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong awareness of music-fashion trends and a thorough understanding of fan demographics across rock, country, hip-hop, and pop music genres.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, or marketing is preferred but not essential.
• Nashville location is preferred but not a requirement.
