This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Perform compensation market benchmarking and evaluate external market competitiveness.
• Provide guidance to local HR and key stakeholders on compensation issues and the implementation of compensation policies and practices.
• Create compensation proposals and recommendations for new, specialized, and senior-level positions.
• Collaborate with Finance on compensation provisions, ensuring precise inputs and calculations.
• Act as the main compensation contact for the Talent Acquisition Group regarding complex and senior-level roles.
• Guarantee the accuracy, validation, and integrity of compensation data across HiNext and Oracle, including mass uploads and system configurations.
• Evaluate and suggest local compensation adjustments and additional payments based on market trends and business requirements.
• Assist with ad hoc compensation initiatives, retention strategies, market competitiveness assessments, and business requests.
• Offer Total Remuneration support for M&A activities, including benchmarking, data analysis, employee remuneration assessments, and integration recommendations.
• Counsel Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR, Data Operations, and business stakeholders on remuneration topics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably within a multinational or complex organizational setting.
• In-depth understanding of compensation practices, market benchmarking, salary structures, and LATAM local remuneration standards.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret compensation data and evaluate market competitiveness.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders on compensation-related decisions.
• Capability to develop and present compensation proposals for complex, specialized, and senior-level roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Familiarity with HR systems and compensation data management, including data validation, mass uploads, and system configurations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with Oracle, HiNext, or similar HR systems is advantageous.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
