Top Stylist, Product Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Acquire merchandise in-store to swiftly fulfill the needs of stylists and clients, utilizing transfers, Options 7’s, and ringing/shipping.

• Cultivate relationships with in-store concession teams to obtain priority products.

• Collaborate with in-store managers, operations, and loss prevention to facilitate effective transactions, memos, and merchandise transfers.

• Ensure timely delivery of products to stylists’ clients.

• Navigate internal systems while maintaining extensive knowledge of in-store inventory and processes.

• Manage product requests from the initial stage to fulfillment.

• Provide updates to sellers and guarantee prompt resolution of issues.

• Keep stylists updated on specialty capsules, exclusive trunk shows, and new product launches, along with guidelines and images available in the store.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a luxury retail setting, ideally in merchandising, store operations, or client service support.

• Familiarity with product flow, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to support and collaborate effectively with top-performing sellers.

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven capacity to handle multiple requests and priorities in a high-speed environment.

• Service-oriented mindset with a dedication to assisting sellers and clients.

• Comprehension of high-touch client experiences and luxury service standards.

• Comfortable operating in a remote work environment.
