This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist potential Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales process, from initial contact to contract finalization.
• Interact with clients through chat and phone calls to grasp their business context, transaction monitoring and anti-fraud needs, as well as risk and compliance requirements.
• Gather, clarify, and confirm business and technical specifications.
• Occasionally present product demonstrations that showcase use cases, capabilities, and the value of the platform.
• Aid in testing and evaluation stages by elucidating system behavior, configuration options, and anticipated outcomes.
• Clarify integration strategies, requirements, and workflows.
• Ensure a seamless transition to Solution Architects for technical implementation.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact during the client's decision-making process.
• Assist clients in navigating questions related to AML, fraud prevention, and transaction monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams.
• Convey client feedback and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the solution and pre-sales processes.
• Understanding of AML and financial crime prevention concepts.
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, crypto compliance, Travel Rule requirements, behavioral risk indicators, and anti-fraud methodologies.
• Capability to discuss compliance and risk matters in a practical, business-focused manner.
• Comfort engaging in technical discussions during the pre-sales phase.
• Ability to review APIs and assist in testing and evaluation stages.
• Skill in collaborating with client technical teams prior to the implementation handover.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Competence in explaining technical and regulatory subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in gathering, validating, and documenting business and technical specifications using a standardized requirements template.
• Confidence in managing multiple prospects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented approach focused on scalability, efficiency, and advancing opportunities toward closure.
