📋 Description

• Develop 2–3 high-impact, A/B tested thumbnails each weekday for The Rundown’s YouTube and social media platforms.

• Compose captivating, SEO-optimized titles and descriptions that enhance clarity and engage the audience effectively.

• Collaborate with media and content teams to transform stories, scripts, and videos into visually engaging content.

• Evaluate performance metrics, experiment with creative strategies, and refine designs based on data and audience feedback.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials, aligning with The Rundown’s visual identity and narrative style.

• Source, edit, and enhance images utilizing professional editing and AI tools to create polished, high-quality visuals.

• Oversee the publishing process by uploading final thumbnails, titles, and descriptions, ensuring timely content release.

• A keen eye for design with a proven record of creating high-performing digital content.

• Strong copywriting abilities and proficiency in English, capable of crafting engaging titles and descriptions.

• Experience in designing and A/B testing YouTube thumbnails for videos that achieve over 100k views.

• Solid grasp of performance analytics, coupled with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Background in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

• Willingness to occasionally work across different time zones as needed.

• A passion for AI and enthusiasm for making AI knowledge and skills accessible to millions globally.
