Threat Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver tier 2 and 3 support to clients.

• Work alongside threat researchers and data scientists to continuously challenge the detection engine.

• Examine extensive web traffic datasets encompassing over 100 billion documents to detect and prevent malicious traffic.

• Investigate previous attacks to enhance detection capabilities and assist in support functions.

• Partner with threat researchers to refine DataDome's real-time detection engine.

• Develop automation scripts to identify anomalies in global traffic.

• Recognize potential attacks and incorporate new alerts into the detection platform.

• Engage in interviews, complete a take-home technical challenge, and present a technical proposal to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience.

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python, for analysis and automation of detection.

• A strong interest in data, security, and automated attack prevention.

• Knowledgeable about network or web infrastructure, including HTML, HTTP, CDN, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, and cookies.

• Proficient in at least one database language: MySQL, NoSQL, or Elasticsearch.

• Experience with Kibana is advantageous.

• Experience in implementing bots is a plus.
