Therapist, MSW, RSW, RP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide accessible, high-quality virtual mental health therapy.

• Facilitate Meet & Greet sessions to create effective therapeutic matches.

• Cultivate strong therapeutic relationships to ensure client retention.

• Formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the organization to develop and sustain a manageable caseload.

• Deliver clinical care via a secure telehealth platform.

• Oversee session management and maintain clinical documentation.

• Engage in supervision, peer group discussions, team meetings, knowledge-sharing initiatives, workshops, webinars, and relevant clinical training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology, registered as an MSW RSW or RP.

• At least 2 years of experience post-licensure.

• Professional liability insurance is necessary.

• Must have reliable internet access and a secure, private workspace.

• Proficient in virtual therapy and comfortable using telehealth platforms.

• Availability for some evening sessions, preferably between 6 and 9 PM.

• Professional references and a Vulnerable Sector Check are required from all successful applicants.

• A genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with experience working with a diverse clientele.

• Experience or training in areas such as personality disorders, workplace injuries, narcissistic abuse recovery, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), somatic or body-focused therapies, anxiety, or couples therapy is highly valuable.

• Fluency in languages other than English is considered a strong asset.
