This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual therapy via video to youth and young adults aged 11–24, and adults aged 18–60, or both.

• Address the mental health needs of clients with mild to moderate conditions.

• Provide telehealth therapy services to Kaiser Permanente members.

• Operate within the framework of the Kaiser Permanente program.

• Establish availability to ensure clients can be matched with the clinician’s schedule.

• Begin with 5 sessions per week and have the flexibility to see as many clients as desired.

• Availability required from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 8 pm Pacific Time.

• An assigned intake assistant will manage the initial scheduling and consent forms.

• Daybreak will schedule clients’ first sessions and oversee billing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP.

• Experience working with youth and/or adult populations.

• Proficiency in telehealth services.

• Dedication to providing culturally responsive and equitable care.

• Must hold a California license and be capable of working from anywhere in the U.S.

• Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.

• Status as a 1099 independent contractor is required.
