Telehealth Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual telehealth therapy via video to youth and young adults aged 11–24, as well as adults aged 18–60, or both demographics.

• Offer telehealth therapy services specifically for Kaiser Permanente members.

• Conduct client sessions through the Kaiser Permanente program.

• Operate from home as a fully remote clinician.

• Select your own working hours from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 8 pm Pacific Time; weekend availability is optional.

• Establish a flexible caseload starting with a minimum of 5 sessions per week, with no upper limit.

• Daybreak will match clients with clinician availability and schedule initial sessions.

• A dedicated intake assistant will manage the initial scheduling and consent forms.

• Daybreak will handle all billing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP.

• Experience in providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults.

• Comfort with delivering therapy through telehealth platforms.

• A commitment to providing culturally responsive care.

• Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible for this position.

• Must reside in the Sacramento area, including Sacramento, Roseville, Elk Grove, Folsom, and Davis.

• This position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor arrangement.
