This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to adults aged 18–60 who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.

• Establish consistent and trusting relationships with clients within a secure therapeutic setting.

• Provide services to clients through the Kaiser Permanente program.

• Manage a caseload of at least 5 clients weekly, with the option to take on additional clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active California license: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.

• Must be a fully licensed California clinician; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not qualified.

• Previous experience in delivering individual therapy.

• Proficiency with telehealth and a track record of providing telehealth services.

• A strong commitment to culturally responsive and equitable care practices.
