Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual therapy via video to youth and young adults aged 11–24, as well as adults aged 18–60.

• Provide treatment for clients experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.

• Collaborate within the Kaiser Permanente program.

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions remotely from the comfort of your home.

• Have the option to work with youth, adults, or both demographics.

• Establish a personal schedule and manage your own caseload.

• Start with 5 sessions per week and expand your caseload as preferred.

• Partner with Daybreak’s intake assistant, who will manage initial scheduling and consent documents.

• Utilize Daybreak’s matching and booking support to ensure your time is dedicated to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP.

• Have experience working with youth and/or adults in clinical or educational environments.

• Be comfortable using telehealth services.

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing equitable and culturally responsive care.

• Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible for this position.

• Must hold a California license.

• Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8 am to 8 pm Pacific Time; weekends are optional.
