Behavioral Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual therapy via video to youth and young adults, adults, or both demographics.

• Serve Kaiser Permanente members through Daybreak Health’s telehealth initiative.

• Collaborate with clients based on clinician availability.

• Begin with a minimum of 5 sessions per week and have the flexibility to see an increased number of clients as desired.

• Perform intake assessments along with follow-up therapy sessions.

• Work alongside a dedicated intake assistant who manages initial scheduling and consent documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP.

• Proven experience in providing individual therapy.

• Familiarity and comfort with telehealth practices.

• A strong commitment to culturally responsive and equitable care.

• Must possess a valid license in California.

• Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible for this position.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 8 pm Pacific Time.

• Capability to provide video therapy to youth and young adults (ages 11–24), adults (ages 18–60), or both age groups.
