This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Optimize sales performance and achieve sales objectives by leveraging customer insights for brands within the designated territory.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

• Formulate and execute strategies to attain sales goals.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the marketplace for brands in the territory.

• Collect and analyze data and insights through interactions with customers and stakeholders, as well as other sources.

• Identify and evaluate market prospects, collaborating with the local team to determine appropriate tactics.

• Communicate market intelligence and customer insights to internal teams.

• Implement and continuously refine regional and brand strategies.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, activities, and expenditures.

• Initiate and carry out customer engagement activities.

• Identify and connect with customers and relevant stakeholders in the region.

• Share best practice initiatives.

• Collaborate with the local Business Unit team, including Marketing, Medical, Patient Access/Engagement, Sales Force, and additional Service functions.

• Partner with cross-functional teams and healthcare professionals in private practice settings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales.

• Strong comprehension of the German healthcare system and local market trends.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Highly self-driven and well-organized.

• Capability to work independently in a field-based environment.

• Readiness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including overnight stays.

• Proficiency in German.

• Good command of the English language.
