This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Optimize sales and achieve sales objectives by leveraging customer insights for brands within the specified territory.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

• Formulate and execute strategies to achieve sales goals.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the marketplace for brands in the designated area.

• Collect and analyze data and insights through interactions with customers, stakeholders, and other relevant sources.

• Identify and evaluate market opportunities, collaborating with the local team to determine tactical approaches.

• Disseminate market knowledge and customer insights within the organization.

• Implement and consistently refine regional and brand strategies.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, activities, and expenditures.

• Initiate and conduct customer engagement activities.

• Recognize and engage with customers and pertinent stakeholders.

• Share best practice initiatives.

• Collaborate with the local business unit team, cross-functional teams, private practice treaters, and nursing staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales.

• Strong comprehension of the German healthcare system and local market trends.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

• Highly self-driven and organized.

• Capable of working independently in a field-based environment.

• Readiness and capacity to travel extensively within the assigned region, including overnight stays.

• Proficiency in German.

• Good command of English.
