This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the field-based specialist in nuclear medicine technology to facilitate the adoption and use of Telix products.
• Lead and manage the strategic onboarding process for new imaging sites.
• Incorporate Telix radiopharmaceuticals into both commercial and site-specific workflows.
• Create and execute best practices for optimizing imaging site performance, including standardizing protocols, adjusting scanner settings, and enhancing workflow efficiency.
• Supervise and implement field activities that support product launches and educate healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Territory Account Managers within the designated region.
• Participate in quarterly area business reviews.
• Drive engagement strategies with imaging centers, nuclear medicine specialists, and key stakeholders.
• Develop training materials, deliver product presentations, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Represent Telix at conferences and meetings, gathering insights to inform company strategy.
• Oversee the collection of competitive intelligence and market insights.
• Act as a liaison among cross-functional teams, managing significant organizational projects and initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
• Candidates must be residents of California; relocation assistance will not be provided.
• A BS or MS degree in a scientific field (preferably Radiology or a related discipline) or equivalent experience is required.
• Certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced oncologic PET/CT scanning with a focus on optimization.
• Experience in radiopharmaceuticals is necessary; experience with prostate cancer is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies relevant to the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience and expertise in the interpretation of scientific data, market research, and competitive intelligence tools.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proven history of achieving results that meet or exceed set objectives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, interpersonal, business acumen, and emotional intelligence abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations and practices governing industry interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Capable of taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Ability to swiftly grasp complex disease areas, treatments, clinical development plans, the healthcare landscape, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and patient journeys.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to 75% of the time.
