Testing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Supervise the delivery of AI-driven testing services across various application streams.

• Assess and suggest tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance factory efficiency.

• Ensure CI/CD integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines.

• Take charge of the roadmap for AI Copilot phases planned in TF.

• Create and implement automation scripts for desktop, web, and iOS mobile native applications.

• Develop and execute automation testing strategies for client applications as well as digital and retail platforms.

• Define and establish end-to-end testing processes for global digital platforms.

• Collaborate with development engineers to troubleshoot issues.

• Analyze test outcomes to confirm existing functionality.

• Prepare documentation for test metrics.

• Engage with developers and business analysts to address testing-related concerns.

• Oversee testing projects and manage personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in QA Project Management.

• Proficient in Playwright and Selenium automation.

• Familiarity with LambdaTest and Postman.

• Strong people management and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is advantageous.

• Proven track record in developing and executing automation scripts for desktop, web, and iOS mobile native applications.

• Experience with TestComplete, Selenium tools, and data analysis.

• Background in the retail eCommerce sector.

• Knowledge of Java programming and Selenium scripting.

• Exceptional software debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in formulating automation testing strategies.

• Ability to define end-to-end testing strategies for enterprise-level companies across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

• Strong understanding of AI tools, functional/e2e/API testing, and automation frameworks.

• Experience with CI/CD integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines.

• Familiarity with ORPOS, the retail domain, or digital testing is a plus.

• Proficiency in Python/Java scripting, Selenium, and Playwright is desirable.
