Testing Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Implement SMS & Voice penetration testing plans and scenarios to identify and monitor A2P leakage within a mobile network.

• Identify illegal methods of SMS and voice traffic termination.

• Recognize content manipulation through testing and escalate for blocking purposes.

• Investigate subscriber behavior to understand how A2P traffic reaches operator subscribers from leading OTTs.

• Maintain a record of prominent OTTs and their authentication techniques.

• Create reporting documentation for the tests conducted.

• Develop and apply testing processes for both new and existing products to fulfill internal and external requirements.

• Analyze results to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented filtering solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Monetization team members to execute the testing strategy.

• Engage in the continuous delivery process and assess whether results warrant escalation.

• Contribute new automation concepts and assist in their implementation, maintenance, and operation.

• Keep abreast of the latest testing tools and testing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English (minimum level required - B2).

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Basic understanding of creating user accounts on social media platforms.

• Willingness to work on holidays or weekends according to a predefined schedule that allows for weekdays off.

• Prior experience and knowledge of the telecom industry is advantageous, particularly in the SMS Messaging (A2P) sector.
