Testing Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Myanmar.

📋 Description

• Implement SMS and Voice Penetration testing strategies to identify and track A2P leakage within a mobile network.

• Identify unauthorized methods of SMS and voice traffic termination.

• Detect content manipulation via testing and escalate findings for blocking actions.

• Investigate subscriber behavior to comprehend how A2P traffic reaches operator subscribers from leading OTTs.

• Maintain a record of prominent OTTs and their authentication techniques.

• Generate reporting documentation for the tests conducted.

• Design and execute testing processes for both new and existing products to fulfill internal and external standards.

• Analyze results to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented filtering solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Monetization team members to execute the testing strategy.

• Engage in the continuous delivery process and assess whether results warrant escalation.

• Introduce innovative automation concepts and assist in their implementation, maintenance, and operation.

• Remain updated on the latest testing tools and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English (minimum level required - A2).

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Basic understanding of user account creation on social media platforms.

• Willingness to work on holidays or weekends according to a predefined schedule that allows for weekdays off.

• Prior experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry is advantageous, particularly in SMS Messaging (A2P).
