Italian-Speaking Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Participate in scheduled hourly calling sessions via the platform.

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls.

• Engage with live contacts in Italian and navigate gatekeepers with professionalism.

• Adhere to provided scripts and manage basic objections using prepared responses.

• Redirect qualified calls to the appropriate representatives.

• Accurately document notes and record call outcomes in the platform.

• Manage multiple tasks while upholding professionalism and call quality.

• Work collaboratively with a friendly, international team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Italian (C1–C2).

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous for internal communication.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Capability to follow scripts, instructions, and established procedures.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace tools.

• Dependable computer and internet connection.

• Quiet and distraction-free workspace.

• Computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• Reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 100 Mbps.

• Headset with a functional microphone.

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, telemarketing, or phone-based roles is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Availability for scheduled calling sessions from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 10 am MTZ, with no weekend shifts.
