Test Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement all functional and non-functional testing activities, ensuring comprehensive reporting.

• Establish and uphold Quality Management processes while ensuring compliance with high-quality standards.

• Manage documentation and information related to quality management.

• Engage in requirements analysis to develop effective testing strategies.

• Review Test Summary Reports and testing evidence, offering expert feedback, and determining the acceptance of deliverables.

• Define and strategize the end-user testing approach.

• Coordinate stakeholder support regarding quality assurance issues.

• Collaborate with the company's Development team and work closely with a key client's IT team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in IT along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale testing projects.

• Proven experience with Test Management tools.

• Strong understanding of the testing lifecycle as well as test automation and management tools.

• Comprehensive knowledge of testing standards and methodologies.

• Solid project and contract management skills.

• Proficient in leading meetings, delivering presentations, and applying high-quality standards.

• Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies.

• Strong writing skills for documentation purposes.

• Excellent command of the English language.
