Test Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement all functional and non-functional testing activities, with a focus on high-level oversight and reporting.

• Establish, uphold, and ensure compliance with Quality Management processes and superior quality standards.

• Manage quality-management documentation and related information.

• Engage in requirements analysis to formulate an effective testing strategy.

• Review Test Summary Reports and testing evidence, offering expert feedback and deciding on the acceptance or rejection of deliverables.

• Define and strategize end-user testing plans.

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement for quality assurance initiatives.

• Collaborate with the company’s Development team and work closely with a significant client’s IT team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT with a minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience in managing large-scale testing projects.

• Proven experience with Test Management tools.

• Strong understanding of the testing lifecycle, as well as test automation and management tools.

• In-depth knowledge of testing standards and methodologies.

• Good understanding of project and contract management principles.

• Proficient in leading meetings and delivering presentations.

• Ability to uphold high-quality standards.

• Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies.

• Competence in document writing.

• Excellent proficiency in English.
