Test Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Validate CCS applications through both manual and automated testing methods.

• Analyze requirements and develop corresponding test scenarios.

• Create and manage test cases, test scripts, test data, and test plans.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, application, and end-to-end testing.

• Develop and maintain automated testing processes utilizing Reqnroll/SpecFlow.

• Analyze test outcomes, troubleshoot problems, and conduct root-cause analysis.

• Log, track, retest, and communicate any software defects.

• Collaborate effectively with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and support teams.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies, release validation, and activities ensuring production readiness.

• Contribute to enhancing test automation and execution via Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

• Support the reliable delivery of products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in software testing or test engineering.

• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with Reqnroll/SpecFlow, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.

• Knowledge of test management, defect tracking, scripting, and SQL.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Preferred: experience testing CCS, billing, customer-care, order-management, or other enterprise systems.

• Preferred: familiarity with mainframe or transaction-processing environments.

• Preferred: experience in release validation and production-readiness testing.
